10/10!!!! The best pedicure I've ever gotten in this area! The only place that is actually sanitary and professional & BEYOND cheap! Will never go anywhere else!
Then Jake had the nerve to call and leave me a voice mail stating "if you could make it to your 10am scheduled appointment, that would be great"
I am so disappointed with the Lotus Nail Bar. Yesterday I paid $72 for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. I overlooked the non-perfect edges of my mediocre pedicure yesterday... but now today two of my gel nails have chipped. I should have flushed $30 down the toilet. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT return, and I think you would be better off elsewhere.

I do not want to give my money to a business who doesn't think my time is just as important as theirs.
This leads me to believe that Jake thought stopping for a coffee was more important than the appointment that was on his schedule (appointments which allow him the $$ to buy that coffee!)
Owner is not very professional
I've never had a bad experience there. Right now I get acrylic nails/refills. They always look good. They do designs too! The new salon is inviting, clean, and overall relaxing. Being added to their client list I now receive a phone call and/or text to remind and confirm appointments which I love. Eventually I will try other services they offer. I definitely would recommend them.
I said I would try to call them later on in the day to reschedule and went out to my car (which was parked right in front of the doors) and as I was putting on my seat belt to back up and drive away, who parked next to me? The Owners (Jake and Michele) both with coffees in hand.
I made an appointment (online) for 10am on a Saturday ~ I showed up at 9:55am, the place was already open so I went inside. The 2 ladies on staff said they couldn't access the computer system to check me in (that is only done by the owners). So I waited until 10:10 before asking if the staff knew what time Jake would be coming in or if I could be rescheduled for another day (I had a very tight schedule to keep), the staff advised me that "they were always late" ....and that they couldn't reschedule me because that's "handled by the owners".
This was the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I waited 4 hours for my appointment just to sit there and have my nails rushed through. It hasn't even been 24 hours since I've gotten them done and three of my gel nails are chipped. Definitely would not recommend this salon to anyone!!! Also this was way over priced...
Very unprofessional, especially for a place that makes you prepay for your next appointment if you are late ~
