Amazing barbers w. an amazing system. Because i go there often, they keep track of the numbers i had on my hair from last time. Definitely helps because i told them to cut my bangs too far last time, so all i had to tell them was take it easy on the bangs and i had a marvelous haircut. Great people to talk to as well. Prices are usually 14-16. They also have coupons.
4 visits, wont go back after the last. First one was OK, person did well cut as a liked. I have little hair to cut so I am literally a 10 minute or less cut. Second time the person had an equipment issue. But did manage to cut it OK, I was not impressed with her at all. Seemed like she wanted nothing to do with her job. 3rd time the girl was good. She trim up with scissors after the buzz cut. A fair the experience.
Sorry but that is just wrong. I was checked in before that lady, not a good way to do business, and they lost mine. I will never go there again for a haircut. Hope this review helps save someone else from the aggravation and wasted time.
Then today came. I get my haircut at lunch when in the area, so impossible to "Check in" online. I walked in and no one was waiting, 2 girls working, they both finish about the same time, took my phone number to check in. Then a woman walks in with her two sons. I am standing there waiting to be seated for my haircut, the girl asked the lady if she checked in online, she says yes, I am told to sit back down, that it will now be a while before they can cut my hair.
I was a little worried to go to great clips after reading the reviews, and because I typically go to high end salons to get my hair done, but I was in desperate need and didn't feel like waiting for an appointment. Michelle did a great job on my hair, she did exactly what I asked for, and it looks great! I'm very pleased with my experience.
We started taking our 3 kids here when it first opened. I was really happy with the cuts at first, but recently they have been SO BAD. My girls have such bad cuts after this last time, it's embarrassing. I'm going to have to pay to have them fixed before school. My 4 year old's is so obviously uneven it's like she didn't even check it after she cut it. One side is below her chin while the other side is about a 1/2 inch above her chin. The girls in there are also really bad with kids. I imagine most of their clients are children, but it amazes me how terrible they are at interacting with them. Is it thst hard to smile and act like you kind of want to be there? I personally got a cut there because my girl was booked and I just needed one that day. It was such a bad cut that when I went back to my salon a week later my hair dresser made fun of it and we had a good laugh while she fixed it. The saddest part is, the girl who cut mine was cutting hair for over 15 years. How can you be so bad after that long??? I don't ever leave Google reviews, but I'm just disgusted with that place as I have to find a place to fix 2 haircuts now. We will never go back. ((I had to trim some misses hairs off my son too.)) Altogether, this place isn't worth a cheap cut... even for kids.
Decent men's haircuts, cheap. Staff retention sucks though. Have never had the same person cut my hair twice in the year of going there.
So after 3 trips I was not overly impressed with the experience or outcome. It was OK at best.
