They charged my old bank account after being contacted in advance and told that I had closed it. They were given my new account info well before the payment was due and yet they still insist I owe them a $20 "returned check fee" because they went ahead and charged the old (closed) bank account anyway.
Everyone knows that if you pay off you house faster then you pays thousands less in interest. Pre-computed interest does not work that way. You pay all of the interest regardless of paying it off early.

Really expensive money. If you want $3000.00 it will cost you $6000.00 in interest for a total of $9000.00 and it is "pre-computed" interest which means that even if you pay it off one month later it will still cost you $9000.00 but they will happily lie to you and say that you will avoid paying some interest if you pay early.
