I just saw this company in my credit report twice, literally back to back! I don't owe anyone money, so how was an account in my name opened through this company?! Also, don't you need my SSN for this? I did not give permission for any "collections" company to obtain and use my SSN number. I want this off of my credit report. Especially since you can't open two separate accounts and post it to my credit report. What the hell!!!
They put a mark on my credit for a medical bill in 2013 that was for my daughter and paid for by Medicaid. I provided the information they wanted for proof. Now nobody will return my calls or emails. Still ok my credit.
Paul worked with me and made payment arrangements. Gave me a 50% discount on balance owed. These were medical payments rejected by my insurance company in 2011, which were never brought to my attention. He is also removing the debt from the credit bureaus.
These "people" who are hiding behind a number that's "not in service at this time" will call your home at the crack of dawn, or before, they will place medical bills YOU'VE ALREADY PAID ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT!!! The reps who do speak to you have NO experience in customer service and couldn't care LESS about helping anyone with anything. I feel positive that the envelope I got from PA was the VERY same group of people now harassing me on the phone now--STOP THE HARASSMENT, NOW!!! Ya'll don't even deserve 1 star, but your form wouldn't give me the option of choosing just 1/2 star or none at all~~imagine that!
They are a 3rd party and have to pay the original creditor for your account. Thing nobody realizes is that you only have to pay them what they bought the account for. Which may be a total of $25 dollars. Which is voidable because they did not tell you the whole truth. You do not have to pay anyone who was not privy to the original contract. Was there really a contract? Two men must sign to make it a contract. Not a Corporation and a man. Two men to make it lawful. Third parties are also not privy to your SSN. so how did they file this?
