The team at this store is GREAT! My fiance and I LOVE Adam!! He helped us switch back after we made the HUGE mistake of switching to Sprint thinking we would be saving money... boy were we wrong!! When we switched back not only did he help us save over $20 off of what we were paying for our T-Mobile bill before, but he also hooked us up with an even better plan than we had before, AND he got us some pretty great accessories that we only had to pay a portion of the cost down and broke the rest up into payments on our monthly bill. Any time we need help in-person this is the place to go. Adam ALWAYS has our backs! It is so great to be able to go into a store and receive the same kind of service we could get by calling (if not better)! It also helps that this place is the only actual corporate T-Mobile store in this area so you KNOW you will get the best possible service. This store is our go-to T-Mobile store moving forward because if there is something they don't have in-stock they help us figure out where and when we can get it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The sales staff started out fine when they were trying to get us to switch from AT&T; helpful and pleasant. But then after the deal was done and we went back in a week later to switch phones for my wife (which T-Mobile said we could do no problem) the staff was not helpful at all; it was the same person that previously helped us switch. They made the whole experience miserable, like we were wasting their time.
A very friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, you wait for service forever. The slowest store of any T-Mobile stores.
Everyone is extremely helpful, any question I had got answerd. They gave honest and correst information about phones. The staff was extremely helpful.
Then I discovered they installed my screen protector incorrectly over my rear facing camera and it was blurring my camera so bad that it made video calls useless. I went back to this store to show them and they refused to fix it (again same person). They said to call the screen protector company, even though it was clearly misaligned at installation.
I have bought 3 phones here now. The people are sales reps but they really are trying to match you to the phone that works for you and not just making money.
The 2 stars are for the store. As far T-Mobile goes I'd put it at a soft 4 stars. It's been an ok experience so far. We've found that we have to manually turn airplane mode on and off in order to get the phone to properly reconnect between towers if we travel over long distances. But other than that slight annoyance and a little less coverage than what we had before it's been ok (not great).
I encourage anyone getting a t-mobile phone to skip the mall and instead head hear for great service.
