Staff is generally helpful and available. Store is laid out nicely. Good selection of electronics ranging from TVs, appliances, car audio, computers/parts and more.
Dave, the Samsung TV Expert, was gracious enough to take time to help me with a tablet purchase that I knew little about. He was professional, knowledgeable, stoic, energetic, and very patient. After he had gone to the trouble of climbing a large ladder to retrieve my product, I realized I wanted another color, and he was more than happy to accommodate my carelessness. He satisfied my all of my needs in a way that another man, especially one working in customer service, has never done before. Dave is a good man, and thorough.
I have purchased televisions, cameras, computers, sound devices, and have been very satisfied with all of the product. I am the type of person that if I am not satisfied with the customer service, repeated product failure, poor support I will not return. Currently with Best Buy that has not happened.
I would like to acknowledge Logan for a service award. He sold me a CD player today. I had many questions about how to hook it up to my surround sound system. He was so very helpful. He was courteous, competent, and a real asset to your staff. Kudos to him!
Horrible! Spent a fortune on the best Laptop. After 3 months, it gets dropped, and I get a bill for $776.00 to repair. Computer worked fine, just the cord input was damaged, but we needed a new motherboard. Hard to believe it. And don't get me started an their constant denial of credit cards...
