I will never take my dog here again.
A week later I got the most sincere and warming card from their office! I have a 12yo husky I'm now taking there and I'm so happy there!
Also, everyone in the office is very kind which is appreciated during stressful times.
There are vets who are knowledgeable about veterinary medicine but have no people skills. There are vets who are lovely people but lack expertise in their field. Dr. Kim Dartnell is that rare a once in a lifetime find because she is kind, empathetic, caring and skilled in all areas of her profession. She takes the time to really listen and understands that not every situation follows the textbook and that the person who spends 24x7 with the animal is also a valuable resource for diagnosis. She also takes the time to explain both the cause of the issue and the treatment which to me is so important for building the trust I have in her.

They took her the day after I called with no questions or problems! The vet was amazing and the other staff was so kind and helpful. They made everyone comfortable and never rushed us or made me feel like I needed to hurry. I took my time saying good-bye, and was at peace.

After 13 years with our rottie fur baby Athena, my husband and I decided it was time for her to cross the rainbow bridge. I hated our previous vet, only stuck with them because we never had any major issues, but heard horror stories about when they put dogs down. A girl I work with takes her Pitt bull here and I knew this was the place to go, based on her praise!
