Although new cashiers are a little slow at checkout, my experience purchasing new kicks went smoother than I ever could have hoped. Within seconds of requesting a pair of shoes, they appeared on the bench next to me. Footwear staff was also very knowledgable, especially when it came to recommending Brooks and Asics running shoes. They also offer free GAIT analysis on their treadmill equipped with an iPad; additionally, they are more than happy to help with fitting customers for proper insoles needed.

The new location is awesome! But they need more help very slow lines and in store pickup area. Also apparently they allow dogs inside and this guy had a black lab just walking and urinating to mark his territory on every item in his path.... so be sure not to buy anything low or on a bottom shelf. Was nasty to watch but like a bad accident couldn't turn away. When I commented to the pet owner he just yanked the leash and mumbled "come on you mut!" Nice!
Probably close to 50 employees standing around doing nothing. Couldn’t get anyone to help me get a shirt down off display that’s way to high for customers to reach.
