My son loves coming here. Location just upgraded recently to the playpass cards instead of tokens. But has a machine on site to load your old tokens onto the card
Very nice place to go due to their employees, three times I have been there they have been very nice and happy to please my babies. Also their pizza is tasty.
Very fun place for my granddaughter's birthday party. I was surprised of the amount of games and activities offered and our host Bailey was excellent in her role with the children. I must add that I was impressed with the cleanliness of the whole Chuck E. Cheese's.
Fun experience for my daughter but we can't go often because its way too expensive.
Took my three-year-old daughter on a Tuesday night wanted her to have some fun so I got a few points on a card for her to play some games. some of the games didn't take so we lost out on a few points then when it was time for Chuck E to come out live to dance with the kids and throw out free tickets, the actor who was dressed up as Chuck E was not enthusiastic whatsoever. he seemed miserable with his job, I'm pretty sure he's supposed to stay and take pictures with the kids after the live dance but this one did not, he went straight back through the building I think it was 3 minutes maybe less that we saw of him. My daughter was very excited to see him and wanted to take pictures but he didn't even seem like he wanted anything to do with the kids, this is supposed to be a fun environment for the children and all the staff seemed very busy with other things other than the customers when they needed something or had problems with the machines. I really hope the next time we decide to come it's a little bit more friendly and the actor who dresses as Chuck E cheese is little bit more enthusiastic with his role and stays a little bit longer to take pictures with the kids as promised in the video that plays before hand. If not then I guess I will be taking my money and my children to a different location that suits us better.
