A certain employee in specific wasrude and arrogant i took in a necklace to be repaired that has a warranty that i still had to pay $35 for "shipping" that my infant broke from pulling on and the one lady had a few risky comments I truelly did not appreciate for a $700 necklace i shouldn't have to deal with that

Update**** I went in to have it repaired and cleaned the woman was kind and helpful the owner himself came out and apologized fpr my previous experiance and was very sincere complete change around!
